We ordered a kebab and a wrap but instead received two kebabs. We couldn't be bothered complaining but that wasn't a great start.

The kebabs themselves were ok but they would have been better with more filling as it seemed a little light on. We also weren't asked about sauces and what came was a mildly spicy sauce inside the kebab that we were ok with but we could see many would think is too spicy.

The Meat is very Cold. But Coca Cola is not Cold - its warm. Whats up with you Guys???

Second time like that. I like Doner. - but never again here in your Place. Yes - we eat all - cause we are Hungry - but veryyyy poor poor Quality. No Bubbles in Cola. Very poor.

I am the type of person that dont like wasting anything especially food. This was the first time for so long (I cant remember when was the last time) I did not finish my food.

Worst doner I ever tasted!!! I didnt know what was that, it was like a greasy “meat loaf” from a can with side dish overpriced at aed39 for real? There was no real meat in it or probably only 1%? It was horrible!!! For sake of comparison, a regular shawarma usually bought from an outside cafeteria for aed6 has more real “meat” than what they have. It was so greasy that I guess they must have nust reheat it several times and was not freshly cooked.

It was my first time and bet you, will be the last time to eat there!

we do dine in with this resto, 1st time to try and it satisfy my expectation. Some shots taken during our dine in. We ordered there best selling meal ~ Doner Platter(this meal no rice) & we tried the Berlin Bowls (Chicken & Beef) this meal have rice and drinks included already depends on you if you like to upgrade or choose other drinks you like. They have smoothie also. If your near on this area and never tried this food, please try. Price is ok, food is ????great. ~antiqueñalakwatCHEra

Got a lunch there. Seems sauce for the bowl was expired or kept unproperly ( it had unusual taste). Now, I am having an issue with my health. Never expected such negligence. As well as the cashier lady name starts from L.. ( forgot full ), when we asked sanitiser, she just threw an empty bottle. And did the same with the black signal device. I'm super disappointed as we are regular customers.

It is getting worse, today I had a chance to dine in and I ordered a beef platter with extra meat. The taste of meat went down hill, it was tasteless like they put in the freeze for month. I used to be a regular customer that orders for delivery almost 3-4 times a week.

Aside from quality, the service was poor. I had waited for the order for 20 mins. I followed up and came to know they forgot my order.

This is the best fast food ever, actually healthy fast food. Good, good flavor. Good price. The customer service is great. My stomach is happy. Coming back again.
