Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay. A hotel that values tier status and loyalty and treats you with care and respect.

Smooth as silk from check in to check out, all this with welcoming smile. Rooms are very spacious and the beds and pillows allow for the best sleep as always.

Breakfast is filling with an egg station and delivered by welcoming and attentive staff.

5 stars the price, service and location. Well done DoubleTree Al Barsha!

During our holidays we stayed 15 nights at the hotel. We experienced all the staff members very friendly & they all made us feel so comfortable & relaxed. On arrival security guard helped us to reception & at the reception we were given warm welcome & all the info was provided, room service was excellent throughout our stay & room service team were superb, Breakfast was good too & team working there are brilliant doing v good job. Overall we were very pleased & in future we will visit this hotel for sure.

The rooms were a little dated but very large, I stayed in apartment like 1 bedroom 3 weeks ,very conveniently locates next to mall and grocery store, the subway is only 5 min walk taxis always outside. Breakfast was mediocre, gym was nice ,I'd stay again...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The experience was wonderful and lavish. Unfortunately we could not experience the pool and the jacuzzi here due to time constraints. Our room was 711 and this series has the excellent panoramic view. It has as sit-out balcony option too. Although, we were here for business visit, this hotel is recommended for holiday stay too. The breakfast spread was very good with options available for most of the types of cuisine. Variety of juices, tea, coffee were available. This mall is very near to Mall of The Emirates.

Managed to get a very good deal for the Family unit 2-bdroom from Hilton app. Big living room with kitchen & washing machine. One room with double bed, and the other with twin. Most importantly came with 2 bathrooms. However rooms & furniture + bathroom tiles looked outdated. Nevertheless, mattress & linens were topnotch, bathrooms really clean. Really enjoyed our stay, well worth. Breakfast was okay, selections not too plenty but suffice for a morning start.

DOUBLETREE Hotel in Dubai was an outstanding experience. Friendly staff, spacious, great location, delicious breakfast, and exceptional service.
It’s a 5 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates and metro station, which gives you easy access to the whole city.
The welcome drinks and cookies were delicious. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hearts were touched by the welcome and farewell snacks.
We would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. YOUR WARM COOKIE AWAITS!

Unfortunately my 8 day stay here did not meet my standards at all. This hotel is not maintained at all. I have stayed in many Double Trees and this would never be considered up to Double Tree standards anywhere else in the world. We had a leak in our two bedroom apartment bathroom and we complained every single day to the staff, reception and manager and this was never fixed and we received no compensation. Everyday they would tell us that they are looking into it but nothing would be done about it. Everything in the unit looked like it was breaking down or it actually was broken. It was never cleaned properly. The leak was coming from the toilet or the shower and everyday it would be wet. Our bathroom sink clogged and then our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. We paid a lot for this hotel as it was peak season and very busy. I would tell everyone to save their money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel staff is very friendly the front office team and the bell boy who assist to the room . room service staff We stay with the friends like a vacation.The guy help Captain Rajkumar Next time we gonna book this hotel for one more occasion and I would recommend for my friends and family as well.
