Excellent service from DR cargo team. The items are well packed by the team efficiently using the space in the jumbo box. Thanks for the Ruwais team. Timely pick up the packages. Services provided by the agent in the customs office also notable. Delivered on the site on the same day by evening.

Very bad experience.

I send my cargo on January, as of now i haven't received the delivery.
Iam following up with their customer service for last 4 months continuously, every time they say (it's not released from customs, all the shipments are blocked in customs) it will release within a week, and sometimes very bad experience from their customer service. Still they are not giving a confirmation about the delivery.

Please don't take this Dr cargo service, my cargo not delivered even after 135 days.

The worst.. worst.... worst cargo company. is there any option to remove the one star?

5 months now my cargo is not delivered and simply keep blaming Indian customs. Really vey bad poor cheap service ever had.

Just dump your cargo to ocean, but never send cargo with this cheap company.

worst service i ever found in cargo experience, not yet deliver since 3 months, keep saying next week, very poor customer service , zero tolerance, not professional . guys..!! stay away from these people..!!

I would like to mention my experience with them . I had a horrible time getting my delivery done and receiving money for the delivery I still haven’t received the money and they have atrocious service I would like to specially mention Saleem .
