My parcel has been stuck in this warehouse for a week. I’ve paid the customs charges but nothing moves on the tracking. UPS won’t accept responsibility or admit that it’s lost or that they’ve made an admin error and just keep telling me to wait. I paid hundreds for express delivery and my deadline to receive the parcel has now passed

My package has been with UPS for about 26 days since 23/04/23 it’s currently stuck at stanstead hub where they keep providing the same update it’s hasn’t moved.
The customer service is very shady like someone has mentioned above they don’t do anything to help and often lie about he location of your package despite tracking showing otherwise also I believe call centre workers are selling data as I’m
Not getting fake emails from scammers pretending to be UPS and they are conveniently mentioning about a package being held at a hub and demanding money. Please don’t trust UPS they are actively
Allowing their workers to steal packages and sell sensitive data to scammers.

went to a job interview in July and they are still taking longer for application, done DBS, received in 2 days but they are still taking time to do an employment check (although this is a part-time entry job), I gave all the references and taking so long, it's been almost 5 weeks (as i was told it will be 2 weeks). unfortunately, I was made redundant by my previous employee due to covid and a lot of employees left the company after that but told them to contact my current company as i have a good reputation over there.

after this, I even applied to some other jobs at UPS but after 2-3 hours I received an email that I was not successful.

seriously, please be more specific when you provide more details to candidate and taking longer for employment check is completely unfair as you can check with last employee/current employee (if applied part time job).

These people are morans! My 1 year old daughter would be able to do a better job. I’ve never spoken to so many uneducated people.

Ups have my parcels since two weeks and till now there have not delivered it I’m really in stress ups I regret why I send my parcels with them … no one can tell me why my parcels is still in stansted warehouse.. every day I have a different story from customer service, ups is a very bad company I don’t know why I did not go for dhl or DPD . UPS is given me a lot of stress , I have a cancer , I buy my packages from turkey to try and be happy because of my sickness and ups is given me more and more stress I really need someone to help me for my parcels to be deliver please I’m really desperate this is my tracking number 1Z9A82340420689325

I paid for express delivery for the package to come in 24 hours. The package did come in 24 hours, however the driver delivered it to the wrong house on another street. I am very disappointed considering that it was a very expensive package. On the bright side, the customer support tean were very helpful in helping me retreave the package from the wrong house. If i didn't put the matter into my own hands and call them i would have lost my package.

This company is impossible to deal with they have promised on four occasions to ring back to let me know where my parcel is. It is five weeks since I posted it and now just want it returned, you feel like you are hitting your head against a brick wall I will never use this company again the customer service is appalling.
