I want to thank Karim and Nikky for helping my deal get closed. My agents from Maverick were a nightmare. Karim, the buyer's agent got involved and proactively handled the deal. It was nice to have someone with experience handle the deal. The deal that took long to close was closed in 3 days. There was clarity and guidance from him and as a new seller, it was a huge relief to have someone standing in your corner. I look forward to working with him in the future with more deals and would refer him without a second thought for real estate deals. Thank you again.
