Purchased a 1 bedroom flat a while back from Iman Developers in Oxford Boulevard, Jumeirah Village Circle. I moved to Dubai 5 years ago and haven’t found any flats of this quality within the same price range.

Outstanding location, interior and amenities. The smart automation is just the cherry on top ????????
Great staff and customer service as well. Definitely recommend.

I have been very impressed with Iman's service; it has been all-around excellent. In all my interactions with them, they have been prompt in their response and completely professional.

I am also extremely impressed with their developments. Oxford 212 is a great residential complex and I love the quality of work with the level of attention to detail. I most definitely recommend it.

The space available here wouldn’t be enough to describe the level of arrogance Mr. Ismail has (as well as some of his projects flaws).
To act in such way, he should guarantee he has top employees that perform constructions at the highest level of quality.
Well, definitely doesn’t happen and considering the issues his projects have (straight away and on the long run) he should certainly tone that down a notch.

Piece of advice: when buying from them, ensure your contract states what is verbally mentioned during meetings, so you’ll actually get what is said

Between all the developers I have bought property from, literally Iman is the best .

Very motivated sales team , prompt customer care manage (Noor), very thorough accounts department.

Maintenance issues and concerns are handled promptly by their very competent site engineer Somu.

I look forward to dealing with Iman again soon for my next property.

Following my recent purchase of a flat in Oxford Boulevard, I would highly recommend Iman Developers. All staff members were very helpful and professional especially, Ms Nour after the handover. She has been very courteous and prompt.
