Very friendly team with 24/7 support.
Tried their best to get me the exact plan and product i needed.
I was very needy and asked a 1000 question but they had the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.

Dreamcom are the worst service providers for Etisalat. So unprofessional and actually a disgrace to Etisalat who we have been clients of for over 15 years.

This is worst service and not organize service provider of third party in Etisalat, when you on trouble a team leader name ABDUL SATTAR is not responsive even dropping the call. I have almost 1 month for simcard request but until now nothing is happening. Now that Im in trouble of the owner nobody is answering. This is so unprofessional company. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

We had some issues in getting our office sim cards updated, however Mr. Puneet and Mr. Fares was in the front line when escalated and got the lines restored within 24 hours. Their support was timely. (this was written by request of one of the staff - apologies google community)

I really want to be honest here, I must admit they one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with. If there was a 0 or minus star, I would have given it! It has been two months since we had placed few requests and nothing has been attended to or resolved. All they say is some challenge with operations and so on. 0 Customer service, 0 credibility, 0 ownership, 0 responsibility. I feel as a business customer, dealing with Etisalat directly would be much more easier and efficient.

If there was negative numbers; that would be the ideal rating for this company. It reflects so badly on Etisalat to have a partner that has the worst service on earth. What exactly is the purpose of dealing with Dreamcom? As a corporation it was easier to work directly with Etisalat.

Worst Service, Fake promise by Dreamcom sales person, planning to quit from Etisalat business and personal connections.
Unfortunately there is no negative 5*.
Trying to reach the person but not responding. Even the receptionist is also escaping from the issue.

I would give a negative 5 rating if it was possible.
They are tricking people with their offers and they don’t give details either on purpose or due to lack of experience or maybe they are instructed to do this.

They will give you the offer and then escape no matter what happens to your connection even if it’s not working at all even if they ruin everything they will not help you after you confirm the offer.

Worst company ever.
