The move-in process was quite smooth, the broker was quite helpful. But don't sign any additional unreasonable clauses in the contract. I made that mistake since I had very less time to move after previous owner refused to renew after we came back from India. The admins won't negotiate with the owner on your behalf, at all. Trying to vacate the apartment early is a rip-off. They even try adding "admin fees" on top of the penalties, which isn't even mentioned in the contract... Don't think they are even forwarding my negotiation requests to the owner.

Went through a process of buying an apartment in Town Square with Mr. Muhammad Murshid from Drehomes. Everything went super smoothly and in a timely manner. Mr. Murshid clearly explained every step of the process, and then all these steps (from making a deposit to receiving the Title Deed) were followed as expected, without any delays. The communication with Mr. Murshid was above expectations: all our questions were addressed in a detailed manner as soon as they appeared, and all our concerns were alleviated with the help of the knowledge and expertise that Mr. Murshid possesses. Overall, Drehomes Real Estate showed itself in a perfect manner from all sides. Highly recommended.

Upon moving in, access cards given were damaged and not working, asked Hani the agent to replace but no answer or follow up then i just said its not worth it.

But now since i moved out and asking them about my deposit, they don’t answer anymore and decided to just ignore.

Let’s be clear, its not about the amount but about what’s logic.

What made me write this is that while moving out, they sent an inspection which confirmed that all is well and just needed some cleaning and fixing the small holes on wall where curtain was placed with bill of 600 aed for all the above mentioned.
I said that i can clean and fix it which i did and sent them video of that which Tanzila who was organizing move out confirmed.

Three weeks later when nothing happened i sent a reminder, they said that 650 aed was charged for repainting only as it was not up to the “standards” (In the bill they sent previously the charge for the full studio repaint was 250 aed).

I did not accept cause it was clearly a rip off and when i asked for what exactly is not to standard they showed me a picture of something which was there when they handed me over. Then they decided not to answer anymore.

In the end, I paid twice for maintenance and they didn’t even give back anything from deposit eventually.

Obviously they only want to take your money as soon as possible. They told me to entry before the contract day, but they took my money 7 days before the contract, gave me the apartment completely uninhabitable one week later (Saturday will be ready, fake; Tuesday will be ready, fake; Friday will be ready, fake; a huge joke), I had to sleep in a hotel the first day. The next day the do not remove all furniture agreed (currently continue there and I have to wait to put my own furniture), I had to contract to clean the apartment that wasn't ready to living it. They didn't give the access card commented (only one with delay, I had to talk with the reception of the building to let me park in my rented place because I do not have access card). Obviously they didn't give me the two cards agreed, the didn't find the first one, the next day they gave me only one. The agent is a very funny guy, he can laugh of you in your face.

Do not deal with them for purchasing a property they take you for a ride do not keep promises made before purchase of handing over property in good condition.They havent provides an access card to the apartment owner for 2 months after purchase of property.Highly unprofessional.
