A lot of kids play areas with reasonable prices(10 dirhams). The staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommended. Not crowded.

You paid to get harassed by the security for petty things .
They do not action important issues at all.
Last year there was a fire at nshama and the evacuation was so poorly handled that they evacuated us AFTER the fire was put off by the authorities. Was an absolute HAVOC .Tenants and landlords even sent an email and complaint to nshama and there was no response .

Security de activates your parking access prior to the tenancy expiry and harasses you for new ejari, they do not accept ejari or tenancy contract as an image , they harras you to send PDF! They harras you to send the ejari and says tenancy contract isn’t enough and then they input the incorrect date in the system , the date they input is prior to expiry of your ejari.
In 2022, I was accused by the Managment for using elective stove, when very funnily, I do not have any stove, gas nor electric , I only have an air fryer and rice cooker.. Managment wanted to send their gas provider to “inspect my home” , i clearly sent them pics of my kitchen to prove there is no electric stove connection, they still accused me and wanted to “inspect my house”, I responded stating they are more than welcome to my apartment IF they bring DCD with them to inspect and then I will prove that the Managment is falsely harassing me stating I have electric connection and sending men to ”inspect “ a single women’s house in spite of proving I do not have electric.
Pointless paying high rent to be harassed

Conveniently situated in the middle of townsquare, great amenities for adults and kids alike.
Some good take away choices. KFC, hardees and a Carrefour.

Has a big Spinneys, and a few other shops including a coffee shop. barber, beauty salon, pharmacy and cake shop.
Don't come Friday's during prayer time as there is no parking left for shoppers.

The shops are good for everyday items and needs. The parking is a nightmare now with residence leaving their cars overnight in an already tiny car park. At peak prayer time on a Friday, car park overflows into the road and slip road.

Town centre at Town square community serve the best ,so everyone can bring the best to their family. We found colourful produce, artisanal treats, delicious prepared foods and, much more. This community centre is full of fresh ideas –and for quality that meets everyone standards.

Fresher is tastier. That’s why they pick only the best locally-sourced produce. We also found new and unique products from around the world. For goodness made easy, visit our pre-cut veggie bar or grab a freshly squeezed OJ.

An average sized community centre which is still not finished. Has an expensive coffee shop, spinneys, nail bar, real estate agent, domino's pizza, pharmacy and cake shop.
