Best car rental in Dubai!!
I rent many times the car at Drive Rent and I had always amazing experiences. It became my referral point to rent a car in Dubai.
I rent Mini cabrio, Pajero and Patrol many times in the last year and I never had any problems.
Cars are well maintained and the assistance team is great. Amin and all the rest of the team make the difference in support, assist and help you all the time. Highly recommended.

Your money will stuck for sure! Extremely bad experience with this company, don't take Rent a Car from them. it's been more than a month and my security deposit is with them, the accounts department is very un-professional (amjath) keep giving me dates and most of the time not answering my phone and "if he answer he will say i am driving".
:( it's better to take car from reputed company.

Customers Beware..!!
HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT
Two words i would use to describe this company would be unreliable and faulty. I rented a vehicle on an evening of 6th of July and returned back on 7th July. A deposit of AED2500 was taken from me and not returned back (was promised 30-35 days of return period). Their salesman and accountant has been making me run around for the money.

Warning!! Think carefully about whether you want to rent a car here. When renting the car, a deposit will be deducted from your credit card. Only they do not reserve this amount, but immediately write it off. They are said to refund the money after 30 days but they don't. You have to go after it yourself and in the end I got the deposit back, but not the full amount. So in short, if you don't want to be scammed, don't rent a car here. They will now respond, with spam this spam that and that we have to respond to their message. I've had so much contact with Wasim, but he just doesn't respond anymore. If you don't want your money you've worked hard for to be taken away in this way, don't rent a car here!!

Had to chase them for over 1 month to get the 2.5k aed deposit back. (i only rented for ONE day).. If you’re a tourist don’t even think about renting from here as you will end up chasing them. Very unprofessional, the worst experience i’ve had..i should’ve read the reviews before booking!

Drive Rent a Car is the worst company to do business with in Dubai, and this says a lot because I’ve dealt with a lot of car rental companies in the past.

The customer is charged with a 2500 AED deposit that is not returned until after a heavy chase. To top it off, the customer is liable for hefty transfer charges because the company does not do card reversal transactions like any other reputable business.

I wrote an honest review on their Instagram page, as their staff was very difficult to reach & keep ignoring my messages, only to find myself being harassed by their manage, Saif, to remove it.

Be very cautious when dealing with this shady company.

All the below reviews are spot on - It has now been almost two months waiting for my deposit back. Ive been chasing them and their team but to no avail. The five star review is a scam; hoping that people read the reviews before renting from them!

I rented a mini Cooper from them. It was in such a bad shape. Not well maintained. And they eventually charged me 150 dhs for car wash even though I only took the car for 3 days and drove it in city. Withdrew amount from security deposit. Who does that??? They also asked me for my bank details to return what's left of my deposit instead of simply reversing the credit card payment claiming that I didn't fill my credit card details on the form. Horrible experience overall.
