Not a bad place to stay, pity it’s split over 2 parks with more emphasis on the static caravan site facilities. The touring site is more of an afterthought with very little effort into the facilities and even less effort in cleanliness, the whole site is littered with dog poo even in the areas that you fill with clean drinking water.

Two different sites here, we were off site, very quiet but went for a meal at the main site which was good and staff were lovely.
Didn't use the pool in the end but looked good too.
The caravan was very basic, dining chairs were so bad had to use settee cushions on top. Settee was basic, not comfortable at all.
Hot water and shower good , toilet had to be flushed many times to get rid of paper. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Also a bad leak under the van.
It smelt of dog, had to buy an air freshener which helped.
Hadn't been hoovered well either an old tissue under the bed and carpet was a bit mucky.
Didn't pay much for the van tbh but wouldn't return.

We had stayed on this site some years ago and found it very run down so was a little apprehensive about returning but at £11 per pitch per night we thought we'd give it a go. I am so glad we did. The site has been extensively modernised and improved. The toilet block was lovely and warm and kept spotless. The improvements to the pools were great and bring them up to date. All staff we encountered were supper friendly and helpful. Especially Tina in reception. There were great deals on food in the bar so we had breakfast one day and it was really good. Nice quality ingredients. The laundry has very new machines, the washers spun the clothes that well the driers only took half the alloted time to dry them. Location wise the parks are out of the main town which for some could be an issue. However there are buses from just outside the park. Also the park is on two separate sides of the road which means if the facility you want is on the other half it's harder to access. Saying that it's no worse than some big touring sites we've stayed on. We didn't go to the entertainment mainly because the adult stuff doesn't start until nearly 10 which was a shame. Maybe out of season when there are no children on site it would be good if they could start earlier. Also some of the pitches were quite worn but this wasn't really an issue.

the place is nice and clean. Very nice people.but the kids didn't like it very much, you had to go to the indoor pool 7 minutes on foot and nothing to do nearby, only activities in the park paid and with prior reservation for children, But we still have 65 to visit, I think that the children will still surprise ☺️Thanks for a nice stay

Not very impressive campsite, we stopped on a whim for one night to find very muddy (we got stuck!), unlevel pitches for tourers. Not what I expect for £35 a night (2 adults, small van without EHU).

Bar & food was very expensive, staff not very experienced or friendly. Did not go into the pool due to child vomiting in it!! But from what we saw the indoor pool was rammed anyway.

Loved it here from picking up the keys from reception for our caravan and the lady explaining were our caravan was on the site and when we found it, it was very clean and tidy and very happy with it. I would recommend this very good ???? well done breyden water holiday park thankyou for having us.

Very quiet place out of school holidays and relaxing on touring site . Nice clubhouse and restaurant not too overpriced, it is a bit out of the way but bus stop down the road 5 minutes walk half hour into Yarmouth bus station.

OK, toilets and showers very clean, staff very pleasant and friendly and helpful campground feels very used though, but had a great time would recommend to anyone
