First, we waited too long for someone to take orders!
2nd The plates smell bad!!
3rd The food was tasteless and quantity is little!!!
4th When I asked for Check they kept us waiting for too long, again!!
The manager heard out our complains, also Omar was outstanding.

The food was good but one of the managers said that my son is not allowed in the restaurant without an adult. I understood these were the rules she was yelling at my son and she was asking for an adult to get in the restaurant in a disrespectful way for my son.

First you they greet you with “if you’re here for coffee you can only have the table for 45min”. I was never told something like this in other “premium/expensive” places.
Looking at the menu, coffees are around 40aed (about $11) and sweets around 70-90aed ($20-25). To be expected given the brand, but the quality just isn’t there at all. The coffee didn’t taste good, came in a dirty cup and the cheesecake was just bland.
Looking at the comments here, it seems many share the same opinion. Some of the 5 stars comments I checked seem to be completely disconnected from the reality (talking about views of the fountain and such…). I will let you draw your own conclusions
