Good service but this location is always busy. You can use the other locations such as du- festival plaza mall or du- Ibn Battuta mall.

the worst service i have gotten ever.... it took them 1 week and they couldnt change my line from etisalte to du, honestly wouldnt recommend it to anyone, even after getting in touch with the ceo (faisal)and the manger (BALLEE)they couldn’t give me any logical explanation of why its not working or how long it should take. i felt like they didnt care that i was without any sim to call or use intrenet data.

Have purchased a SIM card and it was not working at all. Couldnt fix it in any branch in Dubai except airport branch again....
