Came this office to extend my number on visit visa. Very good location, not that much people, i wait maybe maximum 5-10 mins and reached the officer. And all guys are very kind and helpful, explain me everything. Thanks Mostafa Soltan, nice guy, very good officer, helped me a lot with my problem with SIM card, solved it very fast. Will

Mohamed kaif was so helpful and he did his best to help us at all queries. He made sure everything is going to be fixed

HOWEVER, their manager was the one who discourage their staff to help clients who has complex concerns and only focus to getting new customers. The manager doesnt deserve his spot AT ALL!

You should get a manager that starts everything right, then everything will be right.

Waiting time is ridiculous!! I had to wait for 2 hours to talk to someone who can assist my plan renewal but it turned as a very bad experience. He never provided me options and just asked me to call their hotline which really made me mad because I just waited for nothing! This du branch is also under staff as there are only 2 counters available and all customers who were there that time are all upset and unhappy. To be honest, even 1 star this branch does not deserve it. Poor Service and would not recommend this to my colleagues and friends. Hope this reach to the management!

The employees working here are least bothered to attend customers but finishing their own backlog works.Its been more than 20 min I am standing here without a clue on who is attending to clarify my query.

The person who attended me has given me a ticket starting with E and that ticket number never showed up on the screen

Half way through someone working at the store has taken my token and not returned and I am still waiting here

Pathetic customer service.
They should definitely train the staff.

People coming in after me are getting served,where there is a systematic organization
This is not acceptable .

The service is so slow in unbelievable. They ask to use the self service and then you are told oh no that’s on the counter. And no one says hi or tries to assist

Wish there was someone making things more efficient. Online problems, here bad service!
And operators are worst! They asked me for my salary certificate for canceling an account. Worst service in the country. Be careful

Very very bad staff and behavior .
I got the token at3.50 pm and called me to the counter at 5.30 pm.
I went to the counter then the staff told he has no access and need to take another token so I took another token and still waiting. Wasted more than 2 hour.
So I decided to cancel my business plan under the company and take from Etisalat .
