I really love the bun here. It’s so amazing. But I wouldn’t give a five star for some reason. I visited because I craved and I missed it and most importantly I want an Instagramable photo of the bun. Yet it was epic fail. They put too much cheese on it and the artistry went off. Same with the lotus toppings. I just love the coffee. And for the iced tea my last visit, it was on the glass if I’m not mistaken, same as it was portrayed on the menu book. Yet I had one on plastic container it was quite disappointing. And we order for a takeaway of 5 buns and they put it inside one paper bag with paper towel separator, tho the crew asked first if it’s fine yet would have been more better if it was on separate small bags as usual. Other than that, the service was great, food was served earlier than the time mentioned. And staff was approachable and kind. Looking forward to a better circumstances. Cheers Team!

Tried Pappa Roti first time in IBN Battuta Mall. The buns are bit pricey however their classic bun was just awesome with the right amount of sweetness and butter inside. Also, tried their Kunafa (cream) and it turned out one of the best in town! ????

A nice spot to get your coffee that can be served with a delicious warm pistachio paste bun. You can definitely get a go to or even a casual sit down with your friends and family.

I used to buy the plain bun from Paparoti. But I always have an issue with this branch. Most of the cases , I have been asked to wait 20-30 minutes. Yesterday I asked them for 4 plain pieces take away , but this time the answer was shocking , we don’t have take away , only dine in . I asked why? The answer was so silly, we don’t have bag . I offered to bring bag and come back, the answer was : not allowed. Really no comment. This branch has a very bad management and not recommendable.

It’s a great place for hot buns but service is slow
The buns are nicely buttered from inside.. a tad salty and they have no other snack here except buns
Also today they had run out of chamomile tea

I am a regular customer at Papparoti's Mridif City Centre branch. The last visit being day before yesterday, 3 June 2023.
Yesterday, 4 June 2023, around 10:45 in the morning, five of f us happened to be at Ibn Batuta Mall searching for a cafe. When we found out that there is a joint of Papparoti's, we didn't think twice. We went, got ourselves seated, the grumpy gentleman at the counter was seeing us, but would not look at us. After several minutes of wait in vain, we had to request him for the menu, and he reluctantly provided it. When we asked him to take the order, he told us to go to the counter and give our order. Meanwhile, he went to the lady who was sitting at the next table and took her order! I have visited their different branches for over ten years and never have I been treated like this. When the order came, a lady served it, and the buns were cold. The sugar sachet holder that they brought with the order did not have enough number of stirrers for five people. Pathetic service! Would never go back again!

This is for the Ibn Battuta branch only.
I'm a big lover of Pappa Roti but I honestly feel the flavour and quality of the buns here are very different (not in a good way) than their other branches. The staff too is unthetered. It's just a convenient branch else I wouldn't going here..the other branches are way better
