Came in to get a new plan for my phone, Mr Mohammad Shezad (Du sales executive) helped me throughout everything I could ever need. I was genuinely surprised by the professionalism and help that he provided. Very kind, Very respectful, And all around in my personal opinion I think he’s one of the best staff members Du has in mall of the emirates, Definitely would recommend him if you’re visiting the shop!

The waiting time is more than 1 hour, there are about 20 counters only 4 of them are working, so many empty counters, they should definitely hire more people to keep the business running, not just take people money and deliver a horrible customer service experience .

UPDATE: I’ve been waiting mor than 2 hours and still didn’t make it to the counter

Technical side of du's IT system is absolutely slow and extremely frustrating for both customers and employees. Simple requests and processes take ages. Something that you think takes 5 minutes will probably take between 15 or 30 minutes. And it's not because of the people. It's because of the system. So, plan your time ahead.

Staff can rely vary from "very bad experience with people who don't know what they are doing" to "really nice helpful people". From my perspective, try to get experienced agents to work with you.

Please fix your technical systems and processes and architectures for everything to work adequately.

It comes without saying that i spend two hours at the moe branch.. after BeIN was removed, i wanted to update my package so decided to go for the home advanced new.

First error was from the sales representative who gave me a package of 400mb while i paid for 600mb.

After having hard time calling and following up this was restored.

Secondly, the technical team arrived, installed the Internet router, but i did not get my tv decoder claiming they have no stock.

Okay, i understand they may be out of stock but its been two weeks and no one answers, no one cares to follow up or to update me.

I am paying for both tv and Internet, yetbi don't have a tv decoder!

Calling 800155.. on the menu selection i am asked to select an option.. while it does not allow me to proceed.

Such a disappointing experience, total theft af money

A service provider location with 17 counters to serve customers. Less than 50% of the counters are open. The available staff are very slow and take for ever to finish serving a customer. It took me more than an hour to be saved and when my number was close it was skipped. I had to approach the guy at the ticket counter to ask someone to serve me. The place is hot and full of people waiting to be served. As time goes more and more people are arriving and one could imagine the waiting time. I didn't try their Internet service yet. This will come in my next review.

The worst service that i have come across so far. I don’t understand why such a big company would waste their customer’s time and effort and still doesn’t give a solution. Got a home router and it didnt work, cancelled the service the next minute which was in April. And still to this date we have been billed and they couldn’t do their part properly to collect the router till date as well. Waste of my time.
They didn’t hesitate to stop the line which they said they will re do the bill and reverse the bill amount which was not done as well.
Worst experience ever!!!!!!
Wish i knew about their service before getting into such a situation

The worst ever service experience. We were issued 3 SIMs and later on the same has become problem to even connect. For last one month, we are stuck between customer care no and MOE centre. No one is taking ownership to resolve issue Online agent say talk to Store agent, Store agent says talk to Online customer care agent. Its all messed up process where customer is struggling with a bill for no service. Worst ever customer service experiences. Agents just follow for 5 star review and once given forget customer.

I really wants to thanks your customer service agent name Abdul Nazeer who helped me to sort out my mobile services problem. He has a good skills that how to understand a problem from a customer and how nicely he explains me in details and managed to clear the issues in less time duration. I understand when a sales person has this much ability means the background management are also too good to found better team like him. Appreciate to him and all team of Du. Thanks!
