For passengers, we need waiting AC room. Since in day time it is open sitting ,it is very hot. Clarity missing for boarding the bus on the times announced. I have monthly pass but it is not accepted on 105 miracle garden bus I don't know why. So NOL monthly pass people please check before boarding for this bus route.Some routes bus connectivity is available. Easy for commute since metro is behind.

1) you can not pay by cad - only cash, you don’t expect that in Dubai
2) the person in the ticket office is ripping off the tourists: we asked for the cheapest single ride ticket to Miracle Garden & what he sold us was that silver card for 25 AED per person - we didn’t need that… when I asked him if this is really the cheapest price he said yes. Afterward when I googled it I found out: no, there would have been a way cheaper and better option for a single ride… don’t trust that person!!!
3) no signs in the mall that guide you to the bus station, only some that guide you to the private bus station… very confusing

Avoid this bus station or better take a taxi - it’s cheaper than what they sell here!!!

Worst service ever
All employee spending time in the mobile phones and not paying attention to their jobs.
No point on schedule as it's not working, have no idea is that a system or the buss drivers but it's not working.
Expecting at least basic from Dubai. Disappointed.

Bus no 93 is never on time.
