Very slow staff, always need to wait . 7 counters for customer supports but only 2 or 3 people sitting it's like du torturing to it's customers. I don't recommend to go here and put yourself in horrible situation until they makes their service better.

Very bad service from Du, i had requested for international roaming for 15 days, it was activated when i am travelling they stop my service and say pay your bill to start, i had no option but to pay from out side the country, there team said your roaming is activated but it will be adjusted in the bill, in the bill they charged me for al international calls without considering the roaming, after coming back i have raised multiple compliants but no resolution till date. i am amazed how a company like du can fail at every aspect of service and continue to harrass its customer like this.

The operators are good but we do not have social distancing because this is located next to Carrefour.
