Never ever get an home internet package from DU, they will ask you for deposit and when you cancel the service, they will ask you to collect your refund in ras al khaimah, etc, nothing in Dubai.
Their offers are deceiving, what they said is different from the bill that you will receive.

The service center is very bad, they are not working there, you can only trust them and get cheated, there is no use there, no one is fooled, they work to monitor the employees, look, whenever you go, you write the number on the board saying that there will be no people and leave, there is no response, no response, even if you call, the service center is useless.

I wish I could give minus...they always disappoint me and I am still forced to avail their services. Called to correct their mistake and on hold over 35 minuts and still on hold...disappointed.
