Thanks Chris & Ken, After our enquiry and then test drive and agreeing a final deal on the Fiat Abarth we are very pleased with it . The car was very well presented, Chris pointed out a couple of minor marks on the roof which he promised would be sorted prior to us collecting 3 weeks later.
They made a brilliant job with no fuss . With a new MOT and all the relevant paperwork signed I collected it on Saturday and it drives like a dream.

A great service by Ken and Chris from start to finish.No pressure sales and made our car purchase a pleasure. We did most of our dealing with Ken who showed a good knowledge and went beyond our expectations with his help and friendly approach. I would recommend Hailsham Motoring Centre if asked and would definitely suggest a visit

We were very impressed with the customer service from Chris, very helpful and friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. He organised very quickly for our car to be ready in a week even with some additional work that we had requested. Can’t recommend enough. Very happy with the car and the service.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase or use the garage. I bought a Vauxhall Astra from here in August 2021, with a 24 month warranty, which only 13 months down the line experienced many under the bonnet issues. These issues then apparently wouldn't get covered by the warranty which I purchased alongside my car, now leaving me with a bill between £2000 - £3000. This poses the question that this garage have been sold a 'duff' car. I went to a different garage to run diagnostics, as the garage at this centre doesn't have the correct equipment, nor technology to run diagnostics. This only became apparent after they had attempted to fix the issues TWICE, which neither time fixed anything. Incompetency is the only way to describe the garage. Please avoid this centre and garage.

Chris was charming! Terrific customer service. A friend spotted the car early this morning for us whilst walking his new puppy, I called just after 9am and had a test drive at 12pm. Gave the car a good run and made sure it fit in our garage at home. Very relaxed warm friendly trusting customer service. Not pushy, instead actively listened, helped and supported and informed where necessary and left it for us to contact him when we are ready. Thank you Chris!x

What a wonderful Company to deal with.
I spoke with Chris about one of their cars. We arranged a convenient time for me to come and have a look at the car.

I decided to buy the car and Chris was extremely helpful and dealt with all the paperwork in a very efficient manner.

Chris even picked me up from the local train station so that I could collect my new car, even though the dealership had closed for the day.

That’s what I call exceptional customer service.

A great service from start to finish with Koosha from Hailsham Motoring Centre. Koosha went the extra mile for me on my unusual requests and successfully achieved them! The cars fantastic and I didn’t feel pushed, rushed or anything in between before the sale. Thanks guys for a top service! Highly recommend!
