Worst community is Al Khail gate community. Parking system is horrible, all outsiders are parking but for tenants no parking available and if park outside then there will be fine AED 1,000/- from Dubai police as i got 2 fines.

4 lifts in 1 building and out of that 2 of them are not working, 4 entrance and out of that 2 entrance are permanently closed.

The owner is only playing with tenants need, God will get the answer from whole team including owners which are completely responsible for the same.
Shame on all staff who is managing this community and receiving only promises from last one year but nothing happened.

With the blessings of Ramadan, God will catch all of them. InshaAllah

Not happy with how clients are treated here. Office timings are 9am to 6pm but the security informs they do not give any tokens after 5:30pm to meet any agents. If we reach 5:20 or 5:15pm security needs to take permission from the agents to give the tokens or not. Unfortunately, when I asked to complaint the security guard said I’ll give you the token. I was really interested in renting an apartment in the community but unfortunately after the way I was treated I better spend my money somewhere else.

Al Khail Gate Phase 2 parking is hopeless. There is no available parking for the permit holders. All outsiders is the one getting parking yet no one is taking action from the management. All they need is monthly rent from tenants after that nobody care whats their tenants facing a problem.

Dubai asset management has made me hate Dubia and I can’t wait to leave Dubia inshallah. I can’t even receive a furniture delivery in my apartment because it’s allegedly beyond moving hours as if I’m getting a new apartment! I hate myself for being part of your community. I have incurred double delivery charges because you people in al khail get and u can’t make up for my emotional and financial loss. Please don’t reply to this message because you can’t even change a bit about how I’m feeling. You deserve 0.01 stars for your services. Please don’t reply

This team are the most infuriating group of people to deal with, even with the simplest of problems.

If you dare liase with this office be prepparred to claw, explain, drag and repeat yourself tirelessly to be understood.

Even basic maintenance problems such a leaking taps, light bulb issues, smelly drains for example are impossible to get repaired or assessed. God forbid you had an emergency.

Once you have lost the will to live you'll probably be quicker doing it yourself and at your own expense.

They are masters at doing nothing and complicating matters. Try confirming who holds the tenancy agreement with them and have fun!
We have dealt repeatedly with Rahul and his ineptitude to proactively resolve or show any willingness to be remotely helpful or solution focused. We have recently been informed that they have no record of our tenancy despite being residents for 1 year. This is our fault we are led to believe.

Poor customer service and need to wait almost 2 hours to get your inquiry done. Meantime they said someone from their representative will contact back within 2 working days and it’s been almost a month no any singer follow up. It’s a tragedy specially in a city like Dubai. Need to improve their service really !

It is a very very bad experience to visit this office ( al Khail gate )
Unprofessional team with the terrible attitude I not met like that before on all my life
After one visit I decided to not deal with this place even they give me the apartment free ????
The customer service person treat me in a very bad way and when I go to visit the unit I find also the security shouting ????????????
I try to come back to complain to their manager he leave his work at 2.30 to launch break and after waiting 15 minutes he came back and listen to
me like he is surprised ????????????
My advice not deal with them or try to visit

Zero to all the way this whole thing is managed , everyone feels like the CEO of the company , when client is in a hard time , the security just converge and laugh at the flat owner , I bought my house sofas and they refused me to offload them
I wasn’t moving in
I had just bought some so far and a tv stand
In Alkhail gate , never buy anything because they will not allow u to bring It in your apartment
