Worst of the worst customer service,if you can't answer your phones for 15m of continuous calling, and when you do answer then let an unprofessional person respond to the caller by telling them to wait,put the phone down, continue doing other things while I can hear them talk,and laugh on, it went on for 4 minutes, and eventually he hung up on me. All I needed is a replacement to my instashop order for the food I'm currently cooking. Never using your services again.

Great shopping experience, nicely decorated, offering wide range of Organic Grocery products, Oragnic Fruit & Veg, freshly baked breads, Butchery offering with fine cuts, seafood and cold cuts in a delicatessen.

There is one short, fat Filippino lady who works as a sales person, I will update here when I see her name. One of the worst customer service, she doesn't know how to speak with clients. Let me tell my terrible experience today!!! So i bought some items and there was a jar of yam which mentioned 11,95aed but when i checked out at the counter it was 19aed so ofc i was asking it’s a different price as i see, she immediately acted and showed me attitude like she is paying for my groceries and started to say i dont see it on the promotion list and than even said to one of her colleagues that its just 7aed but than her colleagues went to check and it’s indeed 11,95 aed and than she shut her mouth and turned to do something else, like excuse me women u aren’t earning my money and paying for my groceries than mind your own business and do your JOB! I really wanted to scream in her face but it was already late 23:20pm and tbh i don’t wanna deal with those kind of people because they aren’t worth my time but i needed to say it because the management needs to know their staff terrible behavior and fix it immediately!!!!!

As A resident in Remraam, i am limited to choices for grocery.
Geant has most of what i need, but they lack bundle offers and hot deals that are good for a big family.

Also, most of the time they are operating with one cashier... very inconvenient
