Emaar building, thick walls, Good security levels, high maintenance, small pool and gym catering for three towers of approx 40 floors each. Mixed scenic and not so scenic views. Lots of construction around. Sunlight adequate

The place is good I have subtracted one star today because I was disappointed yesterday my clothes went on missing in my room after I wanted to extend the stay that's when I was told that my room number 805 was allocated to someone but I left my belongings inside the room was then allocated room 832 but I was not happy going to sleep late not knowing where my cloths were I thanked God my clothes came in my room this morning by one staffer

I used Just Ask to dry clean a number of sweaters I had. On return the sweaters came back shrunk and it was clear their dry cleaning supplier had washed my sweaters and not dry cleaned them as requested. On contacting Just Ask I requested they refunded me for the two shrunken sweaters that had been destroyed (a policy which is common place with most reputable dry cleaners in Dubai) they refused and stated it was their suppliers mistake and there was nothing further they could do….
