Very modern office complexes. Hosts a number of eateries and restaurants as well. The walk at night is delightful.

It is a nice place that is close to dubai downtown are and dubai mall and business Bay Area . Now there are many companies there . The buildings are very well maintained and you cannot access them without secure card . there are good choices of restaurants and it is good to have walk at night or have a dinner there .

An amazing newly built area knows as Dubai design district and you can reach the location from al khail road and Al ain road E66 easily. It’s not crowded and new development is in progress. It’s designed with an ideology of innovation, design and digitalization. They have many area that can be photographed and beautifully designed art and culture of UAE.

Great area very quiet, good for day time visit, you can find alot of art stores and design companies.

Great idea and lovely creative environment. We missing a kids activities with art and design, I suggest more workshop about design. All over we love the area
