Thank you for the amazing stay Ibis, you made our trip very comfortable and easy.
I must say it's the best pick to stay, the reception team was super smiling and attentive, The dining area is very modern and our breakfast delicious and plenty. Our room was neat and tidy, their beds are very comfy, I wish i had the same at home.

Had a lovely stay (1 night) was given a room on top floor so couldn’t hear any trains. Great location, I felt safe (solo female traveller) and had a lot of amenities on site, excellent location. 24hr reception, breakfast, restaurant bar cafe onsite. Rooms spotless, surprisingly peaceful and had a brilliant nights sleep! Will be back!

Absolutely amazing experience!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the service is quite good. Lastly, the location is absolutely great, just a few steps from the Cambridge Train Station. By the way, there is a TV at the hotel entrance with next trains departing, really helpful for timing control.

Definitely recommended! ????

So impressed with our night at the Ibis Cambridge. Great location - short walk to town and surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Fab funky decor, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Dog friendly too. Couldn’t fault it! Thanks for a great stay…

While a little small, the rooms are clean and serviceable. Our room faced the train station, but we didn’t hear any noise, windows are nicely soundproofed.

The location is good, easy to get around Cambridge easily.

We asked for a baby cot for our 10 month old and it was in the room when we arrived. The pack and play was a little stained on the sides, but the fitted sheet and mattress were clean.

There was no mini fridge in the room unfortunately which made keeping food for the baby difficult.

Our teas and coffees were only refilled once even though we stayed 3 nights. The lounge area is also very crowded and difficult to maneuver through with a stroller.

All in all, a decent hotel for the price.

The hotel had all the basics we needed and it was clean and comfortable. It was really quiet - there is effective double glazing! The bathroom reminded me of the type of thing you'd get in a student hall of residence, but the shower was good. It's in a great location for the station, and there is a selection of eating places close by. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the food in the ground floor café/bar looked good.
It's a 30 min walk into Cambridge, but there are bus stops just round the corner. Staff were friendly & welcoming.

Room was okay, clean on the surface and did it's job for the night. Staff were friendly both check-in and during the morning in passing, the room was also surprisingly quiet despite being right next to the station.

Negatives would be; no power plugs on each side of the bed only on one side, the sink was partially blocked (we didn't alert staff of this but would expect this to be picked up if the room was cleaned properly) and for some reason the building itself has awful mobile signal despite being in central Cambridge which my and my partners network says should have excellent signal.

The staff are super friendly and polite. I really like the breakfast room, overlooking station square and the cafe outside - a great place to stay if you are a 'people watcher'
