Worst experience ever!
Booked for a trip with upper deck seating for 4 adults and 1 child on 23.05.2022.
When we reach there, we were not allowed to sit at the upper deck even though we shown the confirmation message to them.
While talking to them requesting for the upper deck for which we booked he is simply said that they got a big group of new customers and thats why we have to take the place on the bottom deck.
My booking agent has been called him and after some discussion he agreed that he will try to arrange a table set at the top and insisted us to sit on the bottom deck for a while. When the boat left the shore he replied ( without any shame or regret) that he can’t arrange seating at the top, instead he was talked like the mistake was done by us.
By this way it is clearly evident that there is no value for the words for them and it can change any time according to the situation.

Fascinating museum of All Things Norwich. Some great exhibits and some cracking stories. The woman at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful (filling in as a tourist information officer!). I only had an hour to look round, before the museum closed, but it's definitely worth another, longer, visit.

Warm welcome offered and an interesting look at Norwich's history. There's a strong focus on the city's culture and plenty of exhibits.

Nice local.history museum that looks at industries that Norwich has been associated with such as Colmans Mustard and shoe making. There is an entry fee but it is free for Art Fund members.

Where to start! We came to see an art exhibition in the undercroft which was stunning, the space was interesting, very atmospheric.

The museum itself was full of interesting exhibits, well laid out and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Well worth a visit, lots to interact with so good for children.

I'm taking part in an 'art based textile course', at this great museum. The 'lectures' and activities a very accessible, regardless of talent, expertise and experience. It is calm and the staff kindly, patient and helpful... Thank-you

The Norwich Museum is a small yet well-designed institution that offers an outstanding collection of exhibits. The layout is intuitive and allows visitors to easily follow a clear route through the museum, taking in all of the amazing displays along the way. The exhibitions themselves are extremely well done and offer an in-depth look at the history and culture of the area. Whether you're a local or a tourist, you're sure to be impressed by what the museum has to offer. I would definitely recommend a visit to this awesome museum

Very nice, we went to the castle first and we did get free ticket for the Museum. Lots of nice things to see there. We very much enjoyed the visit.

We got complimentary tickets when we bought the tickets to the castle. Was a very interesting museum as they showed many aspects of the life from the old times from hundreds years ago to recent years. Worth a visit.
