Pretty nice Airport, they don’t have delays and everything runs smoothly! Be careful with people outside trying to take you (non marked taxis) use Uber or the yellow Dubai cabs!
This non marked “taxis” will charge you twice or more!
Same in the marina and I imagine in other tourist areas… one of these guys tried to charge me 5 times as much for a Trip! I’ve got it down to twice as much but without the guy getting a bit aggressive.

NO FACILITY TO RECHARGE DUBAI METRO-BUS CARD inside and nearby airport area.
But Bus services are provided to get an easy access to airport terminals.

Its an old terminal still well maintained. Lots of olaces for people to sit and wait. The only issue i faced was the toilet, they have water till ur bum when u sit in the water closet. Felt really awkward to poop in a big water pool.

There are two levels to this review. First, arrivals have an easy time clearing customs and they give you a free 24 hour SIM card for every traveler. Baggage handlers clear the conveyer belt and will help direct you to where your oversized luggage is. However, departing was a hassle because if you’re leaving from terminal 3 but arrive at terminal 2, you have a 20 minute drive by taxi or 50 minute walk. This is the first airport I’ve visited which lacks any sort of terminal transport like an underground or even a shuttle. It’s a decent international airport but needs to up its game to compete with the likes of Frankfurt, Heathrow, O’Hare or even DFW.

I was so upset because when the smoken room doors open smell was very bad. We smelled it as my gate was 12. As well toilets next to gate was closed totally because they wanted to clean it. I was surprised why they kept it to be very dirty if the do clean it at the same time it would not be dirty as well they could choose time before the peak flight peak. As well coz it is travelling season the lounge was so crowded we couldn't relax before flight

Good for connecting flights. It has separate prayer room mosque for women.

metro is not connected with Terminal 2 only this is negative rest all is good.
