Really great place to stay during our layover before our next flight! Rooms were comfortable, and the location was obviously great. It was nice just to be able to shower and recuperate before another long plane ride. I give a 4/5 because the gym and locker rooms were really far away from everything and we constantly needed assistance with things: towels, turning on the steam room, opening lockers, and even the locker room itself was locked. Gym was also very small—only one machine for a couple of things. Otherwise, all great!

Great hotel, I was very impressed for being a Hotel inside the airport.

The room was very clean, tidy and had everything I needed.

The only frustrating things were that the Air Conditioning was limited to 21.5C and would not go lower. The reception staff blamed the airport but ultimately it’s all part of the same business.

Also, the automated Wake Up call service was about 6 mins off schedule but the guy at reception could not understand that the time was no accurate so that needs to be checked.

I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it but they need to sort the air conditioning.

We stayed here with family for a long stopover at Dubai. Spacious room, clean and full of amenities. Highly recommend to stay here if you are travelling with family or couples. It’s good affordable option for 3-6 hrs of stay.

One of the very nice and pleasant hotel inside the Dubai international airport. I was worrying how I am going to reach the hotel since my arrival terminal and the terminal where the hotel is located both are different. But the meet and greet service was easing me to reach the hotel. The hotel room is very neat and clean and coffee machine is placed inside the room. The bed mattress comforter everything was good to enjoy the stay over there.

You just feel the presence of God in Faith Temple throughout the service. From prayers, through praise and worship, to the Word, you can feel the awesomeness of God.

We arrived after a long 14 hour flight, to the wonderful and lovely Simran, who helped us get our kids and belongings from the gate to the hotel. Upon checking in, we were given 2 connecting suites complementary, 1 of which was a large corner suite that was very large and even included a large massage chair that was exceptional! This stay exceeded our expectations and the staff, most of all Simran, were very friendly and outgoing.

We will stay here every time we have a layover in Dubai airport! Amazing experience!

I was a little skeptical about airport hotels and services which I have seen in the past but I was wrong about this one. The room n the service was amazing ????. I would definitely prefer to stay again. Everything in the room was top notch. Especially when requested a crib for the baby was immediately provided.

Excellent stay in very comfortable, quiet and good sized room. Friendly staff and great amenities. Great to be able to book for just a few hours on a layover. The meet and greet service is fantastic, taking the stress out of trying to find the hotel in a busy terminal after a long flight. Will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel
