Recently visited the Victoria's Secret store at DXB airport, and I had an excellent experience. The store was beautifully organized, and all of the products were easy to find. However, what really made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service I received from the employee Olga. Thanks!

Very very helpful staff. Not exceptionally massive selection but what they have is very good. The staff are not pushy or trying to sell you bags. I had a very good experience. I would definitely go again.

Absolutely perfect location when you hv forgotten to get something for your loved one and trust me the staff were so nice & helpful, Fantastic store lovely selection. Definitely coming again ????????

Couldn’t find the item I was looking for. Very helpful and hospitable staff specially Madhu she was very much approachable and knowledgeable.

the service is poor.... I asked one lady what panties size I should buy. She was extremely rude. She said we are not just an ordinary shop to consult you about your size. wait, what..... really? Other two ladies are nice, but I didn't buy anything, just immediately left the shop.

The store itself is pretty good but avoid lady wearing glasses. Her attitude is not acceptable and totally ruined my transit shopping.

I checked my bra size with other kind staff and I was looking products which design to pick. Then I asked whether my size is available but she just said “That size is obviously big for you. You doesn’t look like this size”, although I told her I have already finished fitting and been consulted by other staff. She was still rudely in doubt and asked me stupid questions multiple times.
This branch doesn’t teach staffs how not to harass customers. That was not the attitude to work in underwear brand. I was insulted and humiliated my body size. For sure I lost my excitement and just left the store, though I was almost down to buy some products. Still in shock.
