Even customer service doesn't know their branch timing.???? Very pathetic.
Worst bank in UAE, To get an answer it took 1hr in phone banking, and they suggested me do it in DIB mobile app, but i couldn't find that option in DIB mobile app so i called them back they said sorry its in website ????, when i tried in website it shows this option is temporarily not working so i put complaint in website they called me back next day and told this service has been temporarily removed from internet banking and you must visit any branch and they suggested me M.O.E. branch because its working upto 8pm.
I reached at 5:30pm on same day but it was closed. Actual Branch timing is completely different from what they told.
Thanks to the Great Customer service????????You are the worst customer service ever ????

Dear DIB officials, please do not mislead your customers. I have seen many of your customers are frustrated by your customer service .Educate your staffs to pass right information to the customers. And make phone banking and internet banking simple. New generation banks are just one click away.

Very bad customer service. Unprofessional.
I came to the branch in Mall of the Emirates, wanted to take a consultation regarding the mortgage. They give me token number, I waited in the queue for one hour. After they are telling me, they don't do home mortgage in this branch. I have to go to Deira branch. It's ridiculous. Wasting just customer's time and making them upset. Security at the door is very rude. No manners. He is just argue and fight with customers.

This branch is worst i cant believe the customer service there is awful, I've wait 1 and half hour for just 3 number ahead of me, and the counter is all seating there holding there phones, and one of them just straight one person in the counter because they've known each other, lot's of people waiting for there turn but i can't believe there's a vip treatment because they are locals. And when my turn comes, i just activate my debit card and on teller there just tell mo just activate on my phone take call and activate what a joke, there's an optine there that visit dib branched to activate my card then this is my only opiton.
Worse experience.

So happy to receive the service very quickly... The staff haneefa helped to complete even before my ticket.. also the online support for my loan closure did amazing job.

I had a very pleasant and nice experience. My dilemma was solved within minutes and the assistance rendered was very efficient and professional. The wonderful ladies at counter 4 and counter 22 made matters so easy and clear that i felt immense relief for having my problem solved so quickly without any difficulty.

Hours and hours of waiting for nothing.
No proper system done for queuing customers.
My card is not working for online transactions and they can’t even fix or help with that in the bank.
Nobody answers the phone calls.
Staffs are not really knowledgeable.
Very less branches available in Dubai.
Very poor customer service.

This is in reference to my latest visit to your branch in mall of the Emirates at around 15:50. I came along with my wife because she holds an account with your bank and had some banking work to do. When my wife and I came to get the token number from the machine there was a security person standing besides it, I wanted some help so I asked him a question for which his reply was very rude. I asked him to please talk politely in return he got more angry and infact his body language was very nasty. I again told him to talk politely, he still was very rude in his tone and body language and instead of apologizing to us he told us if you want to complaint you can complain.We are associated with DIB since a long time. I request you to please take some action against this guy because this is very insulting for us.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve seen in a UAE bank.
Branches are full of people waiting and only 1 or 2 staff present.
You need to dedicate a whole day to get a simple thing done.
They also closed a bunch of branches (not surprising). Probably better they shut shop entirely.

Part of me doesn't want the rest of the world to know that this is everything camping should be. Liberating, relaxed, friendly, space for all within touching distance of many of England's finest beaches. Cromer is so full of crowded, over-regulated caravan and motorhome parks - and good luck to 'em - so it's just so refreshing to find a place with a cool, relaxed camping vibe.

The store is always well stocked. The covid safety measures are good. The staff are always courteous. Only 3 stars because the car parking fees are quite frankly extortionate

This is a great food store with a large Post Office inside. It has a good range of food for its size and very friendly staff. Also it has a 30 space car park which is £1.50 an hour, but if you spend over £5 in the Co-op it is free, which is pretty good given how central to Cromer it is.

Good selection of fruit and vegetables. The strawberries were lovely. Nice fresh baked bread. Good selection of groceries.
