Not enough seating to accommodate the clients and the security guard is just making them stand in a long que cluelessly like they came to you for freebies or like homeless people stand in a que for food.
These are the clients which deposit their money so you can operate but still treating them like herd animals is unacceptable.
Disappointed.

Pathetic service. Have been waiting in queue 03 hours!! Just one staff to service 40 customers. While we are waiting for our turn, a lady who seems to the the Branch Manager’s friend walks in, claiming to be VIP customer and gets her work done. While the rest of us waiting only for the Branch Manager to laugh and say out loud, “Let the ones waiting have fun”. This is the final straw. I have been banking with DIB since 2017, and this will be my last transaction. Will close my bank account and open an account in a bank that treats every customer fairly and respects our time! 0 stars from me.

Worst service ever in DIB. Waited for almost 3hours, Slow staff. Talking on the phone while assisting customer!! Reviews are already bad yet no action was taken!! Poor customer have to deal with this service

The worst experience i came in 25 26 27 and each day they said come again and now he told we don’t open bank account and I don’t want to open for u i was very polite but u are unprofessional and disrespectful and the branch manager isn’t respectful at all…. Day 1 they said u have to bring papers i said ok it’s my fault day 2 the manager told me u have to come in the morning and I don’t have staff i please him he said no … to note that i have a bank account with DIB but i need to transfer it …. Today they said no ticket wait the manager i wait the manager he said go see another outlet i told him why u are talking to me like that he turn his face … u can open camera and see …. I can’t believe u work in this way … disappointed

The service is very bad. I took a token at 2:41 and waitinng for 1.20 minutes. Customer service sitting for 30 minutes and didn’t invite even a single person at their desk.

Talking and laughing between each other , better they focus on the customers, that’s the purpose of the customer service

Very Very Very Bad service, it will take you hours and hours to wait . Management of DIB mirdif city center brunch have to change more functional people to work from this branch. Worst!

Worst branch ever
They have 5 customer service counters out of which only 1 is operational in peak hours.
The best part is we can see the staff behind the counters but they either don't want to work or just there for attendance.
DIB should give more attention to this branch specially
Never coming back to this branch again

I read comments and went to DIB mirdif by 12.30PM just to update my mobile. Finally by 3.30PM it was updated. Worst service from people in counter. Inexperienced persons, simple thing to update mobile no. In system, the person was searching for options in system.
