On Friday, July 7, 2023, my family had a terrible experience at “kashkha mirdif city center” store where we encountered disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, including appalling customer service. From the moment we entered the store, the employees treated us with disrespect and indifference, making us feel like a nuisance. Their demeaning behavior, including mocking comments and the use of inappropriate language, left us feeling humiliated and disregarded. Additionally, the employees displayed a fundamental lack of knowledge about the products they were selling and showed no interest in assisting us. It was evident that they had no desire to make a sale or prioritize customer satisfaction. The shock came when one of the employees made demeaning comments about our family, illustrating their lack of respect for basic human ethics. I strongly advise against visiting this store, as the demeaning and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the employees demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic professionalism.
