I am writing to share my recent experience regarding the customer service provided to me by Dubai land department deira

I must say that the staff treated me with a bad attitude, and they seemed unwilling to listen to my concerns. On top of that, they only spoke to customers with shouting , which left me feeling extremely bad. I must mention that the female staff was especially rude , I met not only 1 but more than 2 female staffs with different days (they are very rude and I never experienced such )and the males far better

In comparison, I would like to highlight the excellent service that I have received from other government services, like economy sector,dewa etc Their staffs were outstanding,

I know this review cannot be change any , but I believe this is the only way I can tell to everyone

Today I visited the Dubai land department
Office is so beautiful and people who are working here are very supportive ♥️✨

It’s all because of his highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum every thing in dubai is so beautiful and so people are ♥️✨

Part of government of Dubai. Efficient, good service, friendly and helpful staff. Remember, you have to bring along all necessary required documents. Nice and comfortable waiting area, Cafe, ATM'S , bank . Clear signs everywhere. Information desks. Clean, well managed and maintained. Nearby paid parking area.

Extremely unfair SERIOUSLY GOVERNMENt doing everything to attract the investors to buy properties and golden visa of 10years but after u buy property u can not open bank account in any UAE BANKS, its a joke ???????? wondering why sh. Mohammed dont do anything for it

We have been charged twice( AED 8400 instead of 4200) for trustee office fee at afnan trustee and we have raised a complaint 40 days before but zero progress till date. Secondly I raised a request for rental valuation on 28th of May and paid the fee, it’s been 21 days and till now the valuation is pending, customer care people are just replying that you will get it within 1,2 days but no progress. Higher authorities should take action to appoint professional and efficient staff here.

very upset with their services, especially the local lady I guess MARIAM was her name sitting in the ejari section is super rude and full of attitude, thinking herself as the queen of some country. very rude and has zero respect for customer. she should stay at home and show this attitude to her husband or family, not at a work place.

The indian lady was super nice and helped to resolve our issues.

DLD should hire some professional people who knew customer support and soft spoken individuals.

On late the evening of Monday, 3rd December I was involved in a traffic incident in which, in avoidance of a cyclist I steered to the centre of the road hitting the pedestal of an unlit Keep Left sign sustaining a burst tyre and subsequently brushing the cyclist, who thankfully was relatively unhurt.
A Police Patrol from Chiswick Police Station, PC Michael Edwards 2551AW and Jamie Lewis 3113AW attended and assisted in sorting out the incident.
I would particularly like to thank them for their understanding and assistance in getting me on my way. A great credit to the Police Force.

I just arrived at Chiswick Police Station to find the door shuttered and a sign saying it is no longer manned for the public. There's no indication of where the nearest manned station is, suggesting instead one go online to find out. The website indicated that Hammersmith was open 24/7, but when I arrived there, it was also closed. I found a police officer who said the nearest open station was Shepherds Bush.
