I had submitted application for credit card in last month. An agent got connected through call and said it would take 5 to 7 days to complete process.

Everytime i need an update, i need to call back to him. Before eid he promised that all process is completed and you will get card before eid.
After so many days, when i asked him for update, he arranged a call from someone. That someone said your application is in process so we need to conduct an on-site verification. Which means the other agent was keep lying.
He has no idea about customer service, working in banking and attitude is like a grocery storekeeper.

Then after another week, after even receiving sms and emails about card, i got another call that my is ready just your bank need updated visa and emirates id.

Then after another week when i called, agent said bank delaying.

Then this week i received a call, a gentleman said my card was printed with wrong spelling. Seriously? So we need to reprint it

Finally, I am disappointed with Emirates Islamic Bank, its worse experience i had with any bank in UAE. Seriously your bank is not even at a service level to call yourself a bank. A grocery shop in street better work than you.

Didnt bother updating the timings for Ramadan!!! I wish I could give them minus 5 stars and scream out loud my frustration! If any bank deserves the award for the World’s Laziest, most Ridiculous Bank on the planet, it has to be Emirates Islamic Bank. OMG I feel a chimney about to explode right now!!!! Don’t ever bank with them even if you got your money lying on the street.

Worst service ever. April 13 onwards I am chasing one issue up until now they did not solve it. I am trying to contact call center they are helpless, Sending e-mails, Online chat through application is also useless, No replies at all. I am giving negative points.

I will give you all bet. With this review they will still not do anything to resolve my issue. Please contact customer service just incase you want to waste your time. Fantastic customer service. Amazing team to deal with!

Good service. It is not 5 stars because it is not clear exactly where is the bank located at. I WILL SHARE ALL PICTURES NEEDED TO ACCESS THE BANK!

Worst service ever. On 19th March onwards I am chasing one issue. Till now they did not solve it. I am trying to contact call center they are helpless. Sending e-mails, without reading e-mail properly simply replying back with same copy and paste replies. Online chat through application is also useless, very delayed replies. I am giving negative points.

Now below this review also they will copy and paste same reply. Please contact customer service. Fantastic customer service.

Recently received Emirates Islamic RTA NOL CARD based on the request from one of the YKNP MARKETING your employee , name is Kanishka . She is very helped for me getting this card also she will follow up and she is explained very well about the card . Am very satisfied????

Pathetic service. Both assistant manager of the branch and his subordinate “Sameh Kamal” - who even argued that customers can’t complain because he asked me “Can you kill me since you’re a customer” for complaining as a customer for his poor body language and attitude to a woman customer. So don’t complain for anything and just nod to whenever he provides low standard of service,showed no respect or whatsoever to customer. Did not provide full and proper information about their services but taking control of the situation by charging service fee.

Worst place I have ever been to a terrible experience on the phone with them had recently changed to get collection of medication from them as other places were not very good when I was speaking to them there was so many complications regarding my name and saying who like prefer to be called I've had no problem with other services in the past regarding changing my name and when I requested that on the phone eventually the manager had said did that there would be no problem and can change the name when I went to collect my prescription they then said they couldn't and I would have to contact the surgery in order to get my medication and have my name changed when the surgery had confirmed that they had changed my name I would no need to speak to Wells so I do not recommend them whatsoever when I was on the phone to them they were also incredibly rude assuming that I was a sir rather than madam when I question them about it in their store they couldn't even admit it they were completely lying the whole way through do not collect from this store do not even register with them they are the worst people ever not only that the floors were incredibly dirty with dust and mud everywhere
