Unfortunately it is not what it used to be - I know a lot of people who left. They have some really good coaches but they all look so demotivated. There is also no consistency in training. And definitely an issue with management and their communication. They dont take feedback well. Wish the coaches we had in our time there all the best and success.

The coaches are very professional, and so friendly with the kids ( specially in boys groups ).
Yet the front desk stuff are very mean, very rude and unprofessional
You must also know that the management don’t offer any make up session, even if they were notified days ahead of time in case of unseen events and emergency they don’t take anything into consideration.
They also don’t follow the exact program, so kids won’t exactly learn the skill sets expected from the program

I hope i can put 0. The lady at the reception is totally unfriendly and gives bad attitude while talking. No one answer the phone or email. My daughter had stayed a year and she learnt nothing and when i complained about her coach nothing was done. Be carful while picking this academy.

DOGC is one of the more 'serious' Gymnastics clubs in the city. The coaches are all fantastic and seasoned as well as their recent joiners are olympic champs themselves! If you have kids that are gymnastics enthusiasts from a young age, then this is the club to put them in if you want them to really pursue it seriously - even for the sake of proper conditioning and fitness.

They also participate in competitions annually and give a fair chance to join national and regional ones for those that are well-and-ready to go.

Having said that, even if you have younger ones who are first-timers, this is still a brilliant place to send them as the coaches are extremely nurturing.

I had the bad & worst experience unfortunately, after they accepted my kid and arranged the transfer from a different gymnastic place.

1) they put her in a lower group after my kid was being selected in the assessment in a higher one (they said it was human error)
2) after selecting the days of classes they came and said you have to select different dates, after it was being confirmed.

They didn’t help us solving any of the issues, instead they asked us to leave if we don’t like the current situation (take it or leave it) and/or return back to your old gymnastic place.

A lot of human errors and we have to pay for their mistakes!!!!!

So sad for such bad experince

Worst place ever. The attitude of the receptionist is as though you are taking the class for free. Very rude and unprofessional. Also, they don't offer a make up class ever if you child is down with fever or is very unwell. They gain money by not providing make up classes even when it's a genuine reason.

All staff and management are friendly and professional, many of the top gymnasts in other clubs was trained by DOGC , yes I am an ex coach from DOGC and all the best gymnasts came from DOGC , DUGYM and the Original Shams Club before it was taken over. DOGC is the home of Champions and still to this day are on the top of the podium come competition time.
