I have visited for construction work related permissions for our company. As a visitor it is very good experience with staff behavior and there is 2 ladies at receptions well talking to customers and the waiting area is very nice with drinking water is available. Overall i am happy as a visitor

Very bad customer service, we have been calling their office for 2 weeks now as we are interested to rent 1 villa which is under their listing. The customer service keep saying that someone/an agent will call us to address our query but no one really calls. And some of the call center agent has a really bad communication skills ????????

this real estate is very bad team they take also same as first comment review from me also same they say kitchen marble is damage but it is good from me they take 3700 aed around take also till now they not return back balance amount from security deposit to our account
