Oh don't get into a trap thinking you're dealing with a German company and you'll have the German standards of services. These people are some indians who have signed kida contract with TUV and they provide the worst of the services, the staff is lazy, nothing on time and you'll have big time issues if you work them. Do yourself a favor, avoid them and select a different certification company. All these five star reviews are their own fake reviews.

There is nothing German about this subsidiary in the Middle East. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Very sad. They do not even reply to emails.

Had a love meal with friends after a walk along the coast. The roast was quite substantial with lots of well cooked vegetables and plenty of meat and 2 yorkshires. The restaurant was very busy but the service was swift and with a smile. Best to arrive early to get a seat inside.

Highly recommended cafe for a post park run breakfast. The Breakfast Number One with some fried bread with tea. My friends enjoyed their breakfasts too, and I feel that you get a little sense of Southend or Westcliff soul in here too. Service all came with a smile too!

If rating only the Breakfast, service and tea only... Then an easy 4* place with no question. I had a tasty vegie breakfast and my eldest son a regular breakfast. We wolfed down with bubble and squeak. However, two of our party had lunches (pie and chips and lamb dinner). Their dinners were not so good with some minor issues on both plates (undercooked peas with pie and over cooked toasties with lamb). I guess you get this as you catch the cafe between morning and lunch as we ate at 11:30am. If I could give 3.5 I would but alas I cannot.

Very good experience here. Great breakfast served, friendly staff, very reasonable price. the only whine is that the waiters seemed very rushed and we did have to wait a little to take orders - but it was quite busy. Other than that a great start to the day.

35 minutes to cook 1 egg 2 bacon and beans, bacon was undercooked... absolute rip off at 8 quid for 4 small items!! 1 child's pancake burnt to a crisp and charging 3 quid for the privilege.. absolute joke, you would think considering the are next to The Estuary Restaurant they would try a little harder.. but obviously not. I wouldnt recommend anyone visiting this place the only decent purchase were the drinks and that is mainly because they were sealed and required no preparation
