Thank you to Ms. Judith in the Finance Office for coordinating smoothly with the Kaizen Property Mgmt team. I needed both teams to assist me to retrieve a refund from a mistaken wire payment. The refund process required some research and permissions. Ultimately, Ms. Judith was able to prepare a check for me to pick-up during my extremely short window of available time in the city. Thank you again. All the help made a big difference.

The south energy sub-company is very inefficient, inconvenient and time wasteful.

I went through A/C and LPG registration procedure with them, which was absolutely frustrating.

I was told that previous emails sent to me had attachments required for registration - I checked multiple times because I started questioning both my eye sight and sanity - only to find out that their customer service indeed forgot to attach what they had to.

In addition to that, their customer service requested that I print out the pages of the contract that didn't need any signature and send them copies of them (logic left the conversation here).

And they don't even bother to commit to email writing etiquette - it felt like I was emailing a high schooler.

Let's hope the services connection part is not as miserable as the registration part.
