The sales man came to me and take cooler from nestle and this cooler is very noisy and loud ,when I called the nestle they said ok will send technician,ok will send every time say ok and give me many appointments,I did complain against the sales man and no any response,very bad dealing

Don’t order from them they do not deliver on the delivery times always delay and if they deliver it will be damaged product

When I moved in to the UAE to my new flat, I paid 50 dhs deposit for two water bottles. Now I am going to leave the country and I wanted my deposit to be returned. Mr. Mustafa from Nestle customer contact centre asked me to send the deposit invoice to him, which I did. He was supposed to check it and answer to me the same day, but he didn't. Several days later I called Mr. Mustafa again with a follow up. And even though he received my invoice before, he asked me to send the same invoice to another email address (??!!). Anyway, I did it.
Finally, I lost my patience and I asked Mr. Mustafa if I could talk with his line manager. The manager was supposed to call me by the end of that day. Nobody called back. This is how Nestle kept my 50 dhs deposit as finally I had to move out of the appartment.
I am very disappointed with the way Nestle treated me.

This is for Nestle Waters, I wish there was a negative star scale available, I would have had given minus stars as per their pathetic customer service. You cannot call them directly, the delivery guys have more stricter
weekly schedule than any fame doctors and lawyers in Dubai. Their services suck.
I dont know for what reason I bought their water bottle booklet which I could only use the first time reason being the delivery guy comes once a week to my area in Al Quoz after office hours (post 5 pm only) isnt it amazing service story.

Here is the one-week followup story with Nestle water.
I had called for a new connection to Nestle for extension of Office supply to the office accommodation. Initial talk has been done with the customer representative and I have been told that someone will call me. So I waited one day and no one called after that second day I did a followup and the answer was the same. Our manager will call and confirm the order. This continued for 6 days and on the 7th day I had called them around 6 times and the final answer was we cant give at the price of your office price. If they don't want to supply at the office price why they made to wait for 7 days?
Great guys keep up this good work and you will have future :)

Update: I'm happy to meet Mr. Noor (came to meet personally) and an update about the miscommunication had happened. Also happy to see some SOP's got developed after the above incident. Unfortunately, I had opted for the other supplier however we will have business again with you in the future.
Thanks for your time and management really looked at my message and did a great job.

I had an upsetting experience with their delivery team. I received my order at 2pm today and the gentleman who regularly delivers in this area was taking the water to my apartment. With his trolley he scratched my car that was parked in the driveway and refused to give me his name. What had me even more flustered is he had no regard after I confronted him and told me to call the police. I would rather confront the company before taking it to that extent. It's unfortunate this had happened during the weekend when their office is closed. However if Nestle does not take action I will be taking this forward with the Ministry of Economy.

Nestle Dubai--- Absolutely horrendous service! I was a Nestle Bahrain customer since three years and so so extremely satisfied with their service. Absolutely impeccable. It's just been a month since I moved to Dubai and when I came here without much of thought I took nestle as I was very happy with the service in bahrain. But here in Dubai every week there is issues with their service. Never in time, sometimes they don't come as they say they don't have water!!!! Every week is some excuse. I wish there were negative stars I would have give negative!!! They don't deserve a single star. Stuck with them since I bought the booklet.

You buy online take the money but don’t top your account. They don’t reply to fix it.
You pay cash and they take extra money
