I was greeted warmly on arrival, and from there everything just improved. Daniel, the concierge was a real gentleman and a true professional. I enjoyed every aspect of this holiday. The room was perfect and the outdoor pool and beach were fabulous. The indoor pool was cool and and the gym was very functional. The guys on the door were always on hand to hail a taxi and everywhere was in close proximity. All in all I couldn't of asked for a better time. We will definitely be back.

I cant say enough good things about this hotel. The staff ( in particular the guys at security, golf cart drivers and luggage handlers) the food and the whole experience was 10/10. Every meal we had at the hotel was lovely and all staff super friendly and helpful. We got engaged on our trip at this hotel and are thinking of having our wedding here ! Thanks for everything. Maryann

What can I say this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The service was the best I’ve seen and experienced.

Big props to Tony the security guard who always opened doors for us and provided us with an excellent service to ensure we felt safe and secure at all times. Keep it up Tony and see you again soon!

Thank you Dukes hotel you were amazing! Loved the Desi style breakfast :D

Duke the royal hideaway hotel is stunning with excellent services beyond and above . Warm and friendly staff , ready to help to ensure pleasurable experience.
Shout out to all the staff especially AALIYA , she added person approach and positive attitude when attended to us during breakfast time in the dining throughout our stay . Met us on the first day at dining , served us tea/chocolate drinks and never forget our choices.
In all , thank you all for making our stay in Dubai a very memorable one .
Will definitely stay here again

An amazing experience. The staff are very helpful and kind. Vidhi was an amazing helper and very kind. Dukes have a kids club which all the kids love. The pool is great with a view over looking the beach. The beach is very calming. My experience was great and I can't wait to come back here one day

Service was below average. 4 clerks standing outside talking and none opened the doors for us the week we were there. Coffee machine & Iron didn’t work in our room. Called 3 times for it to be changed.
Clerk at the door who arranges taxis lied about the price I was going to be charged.

For the price we paid, other hotels would’ve served us a lot better.
Wouldn’t go again and don’t recommend.

Amazing beautiful hotel, lovely lady at the reception gave us an upgrade to a suit, another lovely guy brought us refreshing tea while we were checking in. The hotel is full of buzz, scenic location, loved the room, the indoor swimming pool, lazy river, outdoor pool. Breakfast was of huge variety, tasty and good quality food, the restaurant gets very busy though with queues to egg stations. The room service was good too, the food was yummy and nicely presented. We did not like the tiled area around the pool, it gets very hot from the tiled ground and the buildings around. Also, the food at the indoor swimming pool was not to our liking, for the prices charged it should be of much better quality, but it was like from cheap takeout. Anyways, I can not wait to get back!

Beautiful hotel! Great location, lots to see & do. Each & every one of the staff members are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble, a credit to management for leading such a great team. Truly enjoyed our time at dukes, thank you for making us so welcome
