One in a life time experience.
Last year was too crowded though and took forever to get food.

This magnificant project is absolutely amazing, the views from the building are incredible, one of the best projects in Duabi in terms of LOCATION since it is located on the palm's trunk after heavy traffic and hence no traffic jams in the area. The apatments are spacious and luxuries. Everything is just so close - The Nakheel mall, access to 7 beach clubs in the front of the building ,alittihad park and a private beach access.

Purchased a unit in October 2021 and was promised delivery December 2021, 2 months later. December came they said there are delay, will have it by March, then later changed to May. Then later changed to December 2022. Here we are in December 2022, more than a year later they passed me to another person to tell me it won't be available for another month or so with no hard ETA. Such a joke.

I bought an appartment on Jan 2020 from the same Developer in JLT and as per the contract the completion of the project should have been Q4 2021.
I contacted Seven Tides on Nov 2020, and they are already saying the project will be finalized at least from Q2 2023 (almost 2 years of delay)
They are playing with the "Force Majeure" clause in the contract (because of Covid-19) and therefore, they can delay the way they want.

It's a great project about to open in this year 2021 you have all facilities in one place i. They are using modern equipment next level.
