I am sure everyone gets overjoyed after seeing a box of donuts. Now even vegetarians can rejoice with the opening of this place as they have all vegetarian donuts. Last year we tried a box of donuts from them and they were all festive looking donuts perfect for Christmas and the New Year.

The donuts tasted very fresh and had a cake like texture and they were soft as well. One point which really struck me that they weren’t overtly sweet like the other donuts available in the market. Too much of sweetness isn’t always a good thing and kind of kills the taste.

If you didn’t know that the donuts were vegetarian you really cannot make out the difference. Donuts and coffee make a very good combination. If you have a look at the menu they have the regular ring donuts, filled donuts and even savory donuts for all those who don’t enjoy sweets. We really enjoyed my box of donuts.

I will not talk about the products but i will talk about the scamming offers and the unclear way of getting the clients such as buy 12 donuts and get 12 free then i wanted to order 12 and get the offer but the 12 costs 84 so u can get the 24 pieces while 12 only costs 48 only
Please be clear with ur customers ????????????????

Bought 6 donuts for only 18 dirham, the best!!!! They have promotion. Got a 6 coupon as well for free coffee worth up to 18 dirham per coupon. ????????????

Staff attitude was not good, ordered different received different type or donuts. As it was take away so cannot do anything.

This indian guy in dunkin donut is the best ever especially in customer service .he listens well with all the donuts i like and recommending promotions. Dunkin donut company is very lucky to have this employess who serves well with the customers. I hope I see him as in charge or supervisor as he really knows how to deal with customer and he knows how let the customer wait despite of the long que and everyone is happy. When I asked to change - he is very attentive and patiently waiting for my decisions which I admire the most. I attch the picture and hope
he will be given employee of the year. Always im coming here and he is the one who serves the best customer service.

Was craving for some sweets, and this is just perfect. Not so powering sweet, but just perfect. I love their choco butternut donuts.
