I stayed 6 nights in March in the EasyFlat Hostel. Its a really good, nice, clean and friendly place with an ideal location. One of the cheapest price per night in whole Dubai(+discounts). And actually i had no problems with the noise level. This place I really have to recommend.

I was really surprised to find such cozy and cheap hostel in Dubai, that located not so far from the sea. I liked their nice wood furniture and it's comfortable atmosphere. If I need stay in Dubai one more time, I'll definitely choose easyflat hostel.

Spent three nights here. The main advantage of this hostel is the price per night. It's really low, perhaps the lowest in Dubai. The location is OK - it's not central but there is a metro station (Bur Juman) nearby. Wi-fi was free and worked just fine.

First of all a price pleased me in a easyflat hostel. 27 dollars, it not much as for Dubai. In a room was clean, there was free wifi. Very comfortable location of hotel. To the subway of go 5 minutes.

I´ve stayed here 2 nights last week. First of all I would like to mention that the pictures on the website are fake. The "Easyflat Hostel" and the "Backpacker Hostel" are the same. So check out both reviews to get and idea of that place. To make it as short as possible: The place is extreme dirty and old. The kitchen is a permant mess. There is not even enough cuttlery for 3 people. The stuff is quite friendly but they can´t give you any information about the city as their job is just to control the guests. The location of the building is good. Close to the trainstation and airport. But it´s in the Indien district, a bit dirty all around and in the evening a bit creepy.

Now the worse: The 10 bed dorm was full of bedbugs the week before I arrived. To the stuff and the pest control closed this room for a week to clean it. I´ve been the first guest in this room after cleaning. Unfortunately they didnt succes killing all of them. So we found hundrets of them crawling up the wall and on the mattresses in the night. 3 out of 5 had to change the room in the night. 2 others guys have already been asleep. Next morning they were full of bites.

This hostel is a privat apartment, full of dirt, bedbugs and faaarr to expensive. You have to pay for store your luggage, early and late checkout (1 US$ per hour), locker (5 Dirham a day).

I can´t recommend this hostel at all. Spend a bit more money and stay in a nice Hotel in Dubai.

I was in that hostel almost 4 months ago. I was very glad to live there for a several days. The advantages of this hostel include big clear rooms, professional staff, good prices for a such convenience. Next year i am going to go there again.

I stayed in this hostel twice and I was satisfied. I like the hostel, it has a convenient location, metro station is near. Administrators are very nice and sociable, very helpful. The rooms are clean, fresh sheets, good air conditioning. I liked to live there

I was arriving by car so I was told to arrive Al Fahidi Fort and someone would meet me and show me where to park. Upon arriving there and calling, they then told me they wanted me to meet them at another location. Not being from Dubai, the directions weren't very clear so after 20 minutes of driving and another phone call I finally found the second location. Then when I called the guy said, "Okay, I'll leave to meet you now and will be there in 15 minutes," which I thought was quite rude, that he didn't head to meet me while I was driving to the second location. It actually took him 25 minutes to get there. So 45 minutes after I arrived at the first location, the guy finally met me.

We got parked and I realized we weren't very close to the hostel. I commented on that and he said he was actually taking me to a different hostel because that was where he was staying and he didn't want to take me back to the advertised one that I booked. I found that pretty shady. We arrived at the hostel and I walked into the dorm room and it was a mess and smelled bad. Also, it was advertised to have A/C and while the dorm room did, the rest of the hostel didn't. So the bathroom and kitchen were extremely hot as it's summer.

I've stayed in dozens of hostels in several countries and this was by far my worst experience. I had to wait 45 minutes to be met, was taken to a different hostel than I booked and wouldn't have been told if I hadn't questioned it, and the hostel I was taken to (BackPacker Hostel) was the messiest and smelliest I've ever stayed in. I definitely wouldn't stay at Easy Flat Hostel or BackPacker Hostel again.

Also, interesting to note, both of these hostels have perfect 5.0 Google ratings with 17 reviews each, approximately half of which are from individuals speaking the same native language as the guy that was helping his friend run the hostels. And several of the same people wrote reviews for both hostels. I'll make sure to do the same.
