I am new in the area and not a native speaker. I just called this company to ask if I can book in advance and check the rate. The lady on the phone seemed very annoyed with me and disconnected in the middle of my second sentence when I was repeating my question. I have never ever came acros such bad customer service. If the owner looks for a polite replacement, please let me know and I am sure I would do much better job, even with my accent. Respect for customers is a must be in business.

The person on the phone was completely so rude. If you're looking for a friendly service then this isn't for you!! Will not be ringing again, a bit of manors cost nothing these days!

Noone answers the phone. It rings and cuts out after a few rings. Either number on website is incorrect or they are simply cutting off calls.

I called for a taxi from a supermarket the woman on the phone i could tell just wanted to hang up she didnt ask what adress i was at she said yeah thats fine itll be 10-15 minutes and then the line went dead i waited 20 minutes so i called back asking where my taxi was and she said the driver had been waiting out side the shop for 5 minutes to which i responded with imposible ive been out side since i called. We then came to the conclusion that she was at the wrong coop all vecause the lady on the phone didnt ask which one i was at rather than being apologetic about the mix up she said it was my fault and that the taxi driver wasnt going to drive up and down the roads looking for me...the customer service was so rude and she told me that they wouldnt be sending a taxi for me. Im new to the area and I've never encountered a taxi company with such little respect disgusting i wont be calling them again and i wont be recomending them to anyone. Someone needs to teach the phone opperator some mannors.

A very nice lady who turned up on time and Lydia took me to my caravan site and charged me a very good rate .
