This kind off brand Ecco Dubai mall is cheating to customer..to much they getting price even the item just 256 aed only they getting 649 aed how they getting you all of you are bad . specially have kabayan also she knows but she still saying buy that one..ohhh my god????????????????????????????????

Before even paying for what I wanted to buy, I knew who is getting how much comission. Cashier was very openly and loudly discussing with everyone to whom she gave which client and etc. I just want to pay and leave the shop without listening all this conversations....

I will not buy from this store again.

Expensive brown dress shoes became spotty. First time they were replaced. It happened again within a month. Second time I was told it was my fault and no replacement or reimbursement.

Terrible service and terrible shoes.

. I will not buy here again

Very very very worst service specialy after sale service...they are just selling their product with so many fake commitment....????????????....they are just making fool to customers...I have purchased sandle approximate one year back from shop available in deira city center and after some time i have realised it is tored on same place on both sandle...it is unbelievable...i have visited shop and showed them problem they took my number and told me you will get call after two three days from our side...but i have received cal after 7 days and they were telling it is not repairable from our side and they just denied their mistake and hence it is my firat and bad experienced....i would not recomment any one to purchase ECCO product????????????
