Very bad experience, i urgently wanted change for 100, instead of helping was asked to buy something of 10dhs minimum in order to get change. So i instantly grabbed what came in front of me that moment, later in 3-4hrs went to exchange the same for something useful. It still had the barcode on it(Just FYI it wasnt a fridge, frozen or vegetable item) that would be spoilt, but the cashier refused for exchange saying if you dont have our invoice we cant exchange it. But it had a barcode, i also gave him the exact time span of 10mins to check for the invoice but the cashier was so arrogant and stubborn, that he dint want to waste his time going through the invoice. Unfortunately the owners weren't there otherwise i wouldn't have to face such a situation.
Ps. The owners are very sweet, kind and helpfull.

After shifted to JLT from Karama, was bit concerned about authentic Indian stuff. Edelweiss is THE SOLUTION. Especially fresh fruits & veggies are really amazing. Very friendly & cooperative staff. Lots of varieties of Indian (fasting products), flours, snacks, munches.
24 x 7 home delivery is like cherry on the cake

You are giving good response to the customer requirements, and i am a Indian So i like Your Indian Products. Some Special rare fruits( like a Black jamun and Mangoes) these things you are Delivered it was very nice taste and healthy also , When ever you receive a new products immediately you are introducing to the customer So Keep it up and will growing up well my best wishes.

I have changed my review because the management has changed and I can see progress, slowly but surely I hope. They just need to pay more attention to their products from all aspects to keep them up to date and the staff need to know what they have in the store, because sometimes you ask staff on the phone if they have something, they say no just because they don't know, while I know that they have it. However, not bad if you needed small things really quick.

OVER PRICED USING THE NAME OF DMCC and DISHONEST MANAGEMENT OF THE GROCERY STORE!!!

The worst shop ever!! They over charge you. Almarai Juice offer is for 8.50 AED but they have an excuse "Oh this is SAR not in AED" or "DMCC charges us premium so we can not give for 8.50" or "Oh the offer is not valid anymore" despite its written 8.50AED by the company on the pack.

When returning money they return you less money and then if you ask them they will say sorry. I wonder why every time they give you less money back. In short they are OVER PRICED USING THE NAME OF DMCC.

Used to be ok then changed management. Now no prices on anything so have to ask what cost of every item is by pointing. I guess they are struggling to get VAT registered so don't want to tell anyone what prices are in public. Basically if you know what it costs in Zoom then add 50% more as a good guess. Staff pleasant but overpriced depending what they decide to quote you. Zoom is 100m away.
EDIT: had another look, still no prices on the fridge items or all the crisps or cigarettes for example. Not sure why this is the only shop that finds it so hard to add price tags. Did have more in stock and looked brighter though.
