If you want to enjoy coffee and dessert, this is the place. Splendid views and amazing coffee. The waitresses are always attentive. If you are not staying at the resort, there’s a 200 aed minimum charge per person.

The view is fantastic
The show is pretty amazing
The staff is just perfect
But the only problem and that’s why I’m not giving you a 5 starts is because takes so long to bring your order
It’s been many times
I know must if the times I went when is weekend, but for such a nice place the service should be perfect
And also is not cheap
But the place is perfect
I love that combination of Fire and Water wow ????
Really well done ????

The view is fantastic, the desserts are very limited but is unique , the coffee is delicious, I highly recommend visiting it.

We went with such high expectations on a Sunday night to celebrate my brothers birthday but we had such a bad experience. The minimum cover was 1200 AED, but they did not have enough to order worth that amount. We ordered a cake that was almost stale. They hardly had anything on the menu for food and the portion sizes were way too tiny and way too overpriced for the quality and quantity. We ordered a mezcal cocktail but after one round of drinks, they said their mezcal is over and we could not have the drinks of our choice. The only good thing was the water which again was way too overpriced. The server was also not very nice and warm and almost felt like she was in a hurry to go away the whole time. Not worth the hike unless you just want to go to sit outdoors and enjoy outdoors.

The Element Lounge at the Atlantis Royal is visually stunning, but the service is a letdown. The staff’s professionalism and training are sorely lacking, even extending to management. A particularly jarring instance was a pool attendant vaping and lacking a uniform. The service quality here demands significant improvement to align with its aesthetic appeal.

The snacks and shisha are really good, the view is extraordinary. The downside is the service, one of the slowest and worst service in the world, by the way it wasn’t during busy time at all.
