Security Services of the bilding is very good im allready live in almost all elite building in sports city but elite 7 security is very well menored

Rating is Zero 0 as the onwer has no interest in solving guest problems not either security gaurds. Flat No 203 second floor Room don't have keys bathroom door gets closed automatically and when asked for help from owner there is no response because they have taken money in Advance and That is Non Refundable. This kin of service was not accepted in Dubai.

lived here for 2 years, and I can say I enjoyed it in general, however the pool is not so good nor the gym, the view of the apartment is amazing with gulf view, there is a big issue in the AC that sometimes it doesn't work probably. I think it needs a lot of renovation and fixes to the facilities.

*update November 7/11/2018 AC is fixed about a month ago and it is cold. However, you can’t control it at all. You can’t control the temperature and it is an on and off switch. Everything is a different temperature and it is frustrating. I am leaving this building in 2 weeks and he’ll to it. Ending on a positive note I like the security nice folks.

*update July 25/7/18 AC still an issue and nobody here wanna fix it not the management of the building no emicool so I’m terrible leaving this dumb building. See the 26C in my apartment and I’m really sweating every night and decided to sleep at a hotel at the moment

This building is bad. Although it looks nice and quiet, the facilities are terrible and I advice people to be careful. Here are some of the issues I have since I’ve been living here for almost 2 years

- AC is seriously bad. You cannot control AC, it is one temperature no matter what changes you make on the controller. You put it on heater it is still the same. The air is cold at times and it is hot at times and many days I wake up sweating.

- The shower: hot water is very limited, could run you for about 6-8 min tops. Not sure if this the case with the apartments but mine suffered. So in cold weather you’re gonna suffer and not enjoying hot water, and hot weather both taps are hot cause of the sun.

- The Sand: expect your apartment to be dusty faaaast. I believe the windows aren’t properly sealed and if you’re Allergic good luck.

- The gym: treadmills are broken the day I moved in, they haven’t fixed it yet despite several complaints. And you don’t get many equipments and the existent ones are broken . The gym is a serious joke here. Suna is not bad, swimming pool is good but in cold weather forget it, it doesn’t have heaters

For the cost you’re gonna be charged here, trust me it is not worth it at all and I’m leaving the place. Issuing a complaint here is like a kid telling his mum there a dinosaur in the toilet, she is just gonna ignore.

It is an honest review and I hope it helped sb. Check before you decide to move, a lot of dodgy building in Dubai.
