Be careful of the owners and agents of this building. I lived in this building for 4 years. Studio and 1 Bedroom.

Agents never respond after your move-in and cheques are cleared. They commit everything will be fixed after you move-in (This happened to me 2 twice).

Biggest problem is Emicool (Chiller system). You will be paying all the amount for how long the apartment was empty and most of the owners are not in the country, so you will be screwed for collecting NOC to close your emicool account.

I have the list of apartments and agents you should never rent out. If anyone interest I can send them the list.
