Good:
The only good thing and that’s why I can give one star is the view.

Bad:
I’m happy that I moved out, the maintenance in this tower is horrible and most of the time not available and always late.
It’s extremely noisy during the night, the windows are bad isolated.
Some of the securities definitely need a training how to deal friendly with people.
The management is not able to send you something just in time, for example I was waiting over one month for the final AC bill and they will not give you a move out permit before you didn’t pay for the AC. Nobody is reacting to mails or phone calls.

Big appartement, great view. I spent nine days with childrens here and I do not regret.
Kitchen, large bedrooms. Beach close, tram station, taxi, you can move easily in any direction.

This tower management is out of my mind 1st they don't have parking for car deliveries and there is too much security issues

Spacious Appartments, very tidy, gym, open air pool and billiard Room is my Favorite.
24 hours open Carrefour supermarket in the next building and tram just at the corner of the building.
Pharmacy is also there on the ground floor which says open for 24 hours but it isn’t operating 24 hours.
Good area to live in.

Book your room through Airbnb for great offers and nice price. We stayed at 66th floor and the view is equally amazing during day as well as night.
It's like a hostel with 2 or 3 rooms with 6 or 4 beds stacked one on another. The beds are comfortable and sturdy. The housekeeping and cleaning is also great.
Best part of staying here was of course the view which is splendid.
Other advantages
Tram is max 200 metres. Which leads to metro connecting many places in dubai.
Supermarket (Carrefour) is 100 metres to buy almost all food items.
Pharmacy is 50 metres.
Restaurant is 200 metres (Shami restaurant)

Great Palace to stay , beautiful views! Definitely If I come back to Dubai. I will stay there. The views from my balcony were ????????????????????

Love this place and the location. I have stayed there at "at the top hostel" at floor 66 and it was an amazing experience.

I have worked with PCL as a service provider for a number of years. From CQC support to contract RP services for my Travel Clinic. I have found them to be very professional and approachable no question is too small or minor in nature.
